On acceptance to the program, each company gets INR 50lakh- 1CR. On completion of the program, companies will have a chance to pitch for additional funding of upto $3M.
Yes! We are looking for startups with a) numeric majority of women in founding team OR b) woman co-founder holds >30% equity
We’ll try our best to revert in 2-3 weeks for initial pitch calls. If you qualify, term sheet will be issued before the program starts ie. July end.
We’re looking for early-stage companies raising seed to pre – A rounds. While there is no minimum revenue criteria, we are currently not accepting pre-revenue proposals.
We will look at – team, financials, growth, business model, dilution so far- amongst other factors. A complete due diligence is mandatory for all companies accepted to the program
